Dynamic and Bible-based, our elementary children (Children of the Covenant) engage in hands-on learning and service projects.
On Sunday mornings at 9:45, elementary age children gather in the Chapel for songs, prayer, offering, and a Bible memory verse. Workshops such as art, music, temple studies, drama, and cooking that reinforce the Bible verse and story follow on the third floor of the Education Building. At 10:45 children return to the Chapel to meet their families.
Earn the rest of your Bible memory patches! Below is a list of all our Covenant Kid memory verses for the 2009-2010 year. Recite them to one of your teachers this Sunday and take all your patches home to iron on your shirt:

Children’s Sabbath is Pentecost, May 23
We will wear our church t-shirts in worship on Sunday, May 23, when we will sing “The Beattitudes” during both worship services. This is also our last day of Sunday School, and we’ll plant the summer garden during Sunday School time. In addition to your Bible memory patches, you can earn two more music patches (one for singing in each worship service), a patch for helping to plant our church garden, and another patch just for remembering to wear your shirt. Fill it up with new patches all in one day!
